Documentary

Discover the inspiring stories of everyday individuals and the interesting initiatives I’ve had the honor to document. I’m deeply passionate about other people’s journeys—their passions, struggles, and triumphs—and sharing them with the world. If you have a story waiting to be told, I’d love to help bring it to life. Let’s create something meaningful together.

FIVE DOT FUN

Chad is a climber in the Shawangunk Mountains of New York with a mission to share his passion for climbing. The term "Five.Fun" comes from the Yosemite Decimal System of grading climbing routes, which usually ranges from 5.0-5.15.

"Five.fun" doesn't correspond with a numerical grade or style and can mean different things to different people.

Filmed, directed and edited by Eric Bates.
